A decade and a half building, learning and representing Mexico

Atizapán de Zaragoza, 1994. Great-grandson of General Enrique R. Nájera —Governor of Durango (1924) and Senator of the Republic in the XXX Legislature—, he grows up between history books, respect for public service and curiosity for mathematics. Primary school, EST 99 junior high, escort duty, first-of-the-generation awards, flag-day ceremonies. The vocation has no name yet, but it already has a method.

CECyT 9 high school at IPN. The Mexican Informatics Olympiad becomes his parallel school: state and national medals, absolute winner of the Mexico City Informatics Olympiad (2011). That same year he wins the Iberoamerican CIIC Bronze Medal. In 2012 he places 3rd at the ACM-ICPC Latin American Regional Contest. He founds Bonjoursoft México and enters ESCOM-IPN. Informatics is now a native language.

As Director of Engineering (CTO) he consolidates the Dialvox suite, serving Liverpool, Telmex, BBVA, Walmart, Infra Médica and over 40 enterprise customers. In 2019 Sisvox wins the ALADI award for Latin America's Best Contact Center System. In 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown, his systems sustain 65,000 daily calls in IMSS hospitals and in Infra Médica's medical-oxygen system. 24/7 platform across 7 countries.

M.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Telecommunications from UTEL (graduated 2024). In 2025 he formally begins his PhD in Technological Management and Innovation. Second-time finalist of the Kybernus Social Leadership Award. Named Kybernus CDMX 2025 Impulsor. In 2026 he spearheads the launch of VoxIA — Sisvox's AI virtual-agent suite — for banking, retail, healthcare and telecom.
