I was born on August 16, 1994, in Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico. I am a Computer Systems Engineer from ESCOM-IPN (graduated 2021), Master of Science in Computer Sciences and Telecommunications from UTEL, and Honorary Doctorate granted by the Claustro Doctoral por la Paz in 2023. Since 2025 I am pursuing a PhD in Technological Management and Innovation.
I am the great-grandson of General Enrique R. Nájera, Governor of Durango in 1924 and Senator of the Republic in the XXX Legislature — a historical inheritance of public service that nurtures my vocation.
Engineering and entrepreneurship
I am co-founder and Director of Engineering (CTO) at Sisvox Soft México, awarded by ALADI in 2019 as Latin America's Best Contact Center System. From the CTO chair I lead the development of the Dialvox suite, the VoxIA AI agents, and communication platforms that operate 24/7 in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, the US, Spain, Chile and Peru, serving Liverpool, Telmex, BBVA, Walmart, Infra Médica and more than 40 enterprise customers. Before Sisvox I founded my own software company, Bonjoursoft México, in 2012.
Olympics and informatics education
I have been a member of the Mexican Olympic Committee of Informatics (COMI) since 2013. National Coach 2015-2019 and Mexico's Team Leader at the International Olympiad in Informatics in 2022 (Yogyakarta, Indonesia) and 2023 (Szeged, Hungary). I remain active in coaching and selection. I am also co-founder of the Peruvian Olympic Federation of Informatics (FOPI). I won my own Iberoamerican Bronze Medal at CIIC 2011.
Social leadership and international representation
I am Ambassador of One Young World (via Telefónica Movistar digital inclusion scholarship), spokesperson and Kybernus CDMX 2025 Impulsor (Grupo Salinas). I have represented Mexico in more than 20 countries — including the VIII Summit of the Americas, the IX Summit of the Americas, the Mobile World Congress Americas, the Pacific Alliance summits, the Iberoamerican Youth Forum, the IOI in Iran, Indonesia and Hungary, and ALADI in Colombia.
What drives me
The conviction that education and technology are the most powerful tools to transform individual and collective realities. Every keynote, every line of code, every agent I deploy and every young person I mentor goes in that direction.
