How I work — step by step
-
01
Discovery call (30 min)
On a video call we define audience, goals, length and base topic. I send a written proposal with fees, travel (if applicable) and deliverables.
-
02
Research and customization (1-2 weeks)
I research your institution, audience and vertical. Examples, data and cases are adapted to your event's specific context.
-
03
Material and rehearsal (3-5 days before)
You receive the final PDF deck, an outline for your team and a technical brief (audio, projector, mic).
-
04
Event day
I arrive 60 min early, run a tech check, deliver the talk, host Q&A and stay for networking with the audience.
-
05
Follow-up (1 week after)
I share supplementary material, useful links, sample code (if applicable) and a recording when the session was filmed.

Frequently asked
How much does a talk cost?
For Mexican public universities and schools with social impact I work at preferential rates or pro-bono. For corporate and private events, custom quotes based on format, travel and prep hours. Ask me for a proposal with the details.
What's the minimum audience?
No minimum. I have talked to 30 executives and to 800 students with the same level of preparation.
Do you accept virtual events?
Yes — virtual or hybrid too. Ideally with a professional platform (Zoom Webinar, StreamYard, Hopin).
Can you record the session?
Yes, with your permission. The recording stays for your institution's internal use.
